DATABASE ISSUES

If you are having issues logging into the database, please do the following:

  • A screen may appear, asking you to identify various articles such as traffic lights, bicycles, busses, crosswalks, etc. Click on the squares until the Computer Security Gods are happy, and you will be granted access. Due to the amount of hacking and spam across the Internet, verifications such as these are necessary for everyone's protection.


You should hopefully see the following:

  • Under "normal" circumstances, you should be able to type your search criteria (usually Kennel Name) in the "Search string" field, which has "red" in the field by default.

  • If you get the following after doing the above:

  • Click where it says "[CLICK HERE]"

  • You will see the following:

  • Leave the fields as they are, with Account being guest, and Password being guest123.

  • Click on "Login"

  • You will then be taken to the main login screen, and can proceed as above.
